My word is: Africans should aspire creating a better system specially in the the-after school life. The problem being that they who studies hard ends up working for them who never dared to put their lives at risk in the name of pulling up.

Maybe this will help act as a motivation factor and not as it is now, a demotivating factor. Maybe, just maybe this will help reduce the gap between between the rich (expertise) and the poor.
