Game Time

How much time do you allow your children to play games or watch cartoons on their tablet, mobile phone or tv? Or do you even allow them such leisure at all?

Those were the days when I used to buy games for Nintendo and PlayStation for my son. He was never active in sports and allowing him to pay his mario and dongkey pong games (strictly during the weekends only) kept him occupied. He could invite a few classmates over and play the whole afternoon.

Of course I had conflicting concerns in regard to whether he was spending too much time playing games. I felt that if he played at home, he would be safe instead of being outside and maybe getting into trouble with wrong company.
