Delicious sushi
On our first day at Vail, Colorado we ate dinner at this little but popular Japanese restaurant called Osaki. It was my first but the family has been there a few times and my daughter has always been singing praises of the melt in the mouth food that the restaurant serves.
We had made reservations but waited for quite a while because guests were probably not leaving as anticipated. Fortunately, the kiddo was patient but he was jumping and running around the small waiting area.
The decor was simple and nice. The sushi and sashimi that we ordered were so fresh and delicious. I couldn't get enough of it. The soy sauce tasted different as apparently it is made by the chef himself based on some secret family recipe.
