Great article that will surely motivate a lot of people.
I also believe that we are our worst enemies and if we manage to win the fights with our demons, we are capable of achieving great things and we will also be happier. But like you said, it's really easier said than done.
All the people who say that they only have positive vibes and thougts 24/7 are liars. We all have our demons and it's our responsability to keep them at bay as long as we breath.
Yes, it's a constant battle. It's tiring but something we just have to do.
