Life Hacks For Instant Relaxation - Get Rid Of That Aweful Stress And Improve Your Performance
life has become extremely chaotic all the hustle and bustle causes tension inside almost everybody’s hearts and minds. Pressure from work, school, family, friends, and from too many things that you could hardly name them all out not to mention all the various wave forms that flow through us such as radio, WiFi and Bluetooth...ooh and before we forget there is all that white noise also, no wonder we are all almost at the peak of our stress levels most the time.
Here Are Some Life Hacks To Help You Relax.
The Magic Of Water
Immerse yourself in a tub of water or even in the pool allowing your ears to go just below the waterline, this almost immediately locks out all the white noise around you, just focus on your own breathing on even on a dream you have for your life and allow your body to just totally relax.
Music
Music the great soul soother of all time is a powerful anti-anxiety drug if I’m feeling anxious I listen to my favorite music – It gives me an overall feeling of well-being. Just make sure to listen to music that makes you happy!
Get Artistic / Creative.
Recently my mother-in-law introduced me to “coloring books.” First, let me clarify that coloring is not just for kids. It’s actually a great way for adults to relieve anxiety. Coloring, or any artistic / creative endeavor for that matter, allows your mind to be completely present in the moment. You zone out and don’t worry about anything than coloring within the lines. Whether an art project, or something else, try to find activities that keep you focused in the moment and ensure its something different from you usual daily routine.

Laughter is the best medicine, Sometimes a dose of laughter is exactly what we need. Just do a Google search for “funny YouTube videos” and take your pick, I love sitting in bed and doing this on my tab.
Power Naps
Power Naps are awesome and do more than just help you relax they can actually improve your performance also, simply put your head down for 20 minutes and allow yourself to drift off, remember to set an alarm to wake you.
Take A Walk
Taking a walk around the block or to the store are also a great way to de-stress, actually any workout is good for this purpose walking just happens to be my favourite
Relax With Some Tea
Dump a coffee or two a day and rather have a great cup of camomile tea, this herbal tea has all the amazing properties needed to sooth yourself into a relaxed state and if you have trouble sleeping it will work for that also.
