Good to know your future NES buddy likes to eat! But how could he not like that dish. It looks amazing. I love Brazilian food. If you get a chance and I am sure you will, make sure to go to the all you can eat meat places in Brazil. Churrascaria, I think they are called. We have them here in the United States and they are awesome, one near me is called Rodizios. So the Passadores (meat waiter) just brings around different kinds of meat and asks if you would like to try it. Oh and the grilled pineapple is to die for, probably my favorite thing. I am jealous you are going to Brazil.
