why we don't think of happiness as a doable skill ! why we don't simplify our lives ?

 

we waste our lives day in day out ,We count down the hours on the clock until we can go home for the day, rest, and do it all again the next day , not really living, but merely existing. We have so much the out side world we have money, friends , but feel so empty and lost on the inside. We allow our brains to keep us up late at night, thinking over things that don’t really matter in the end, such as bills, money, what others think of us. we run through life chasing something and then we wake up wondering why we even chased it , it won't matter. we're the victims we're the enemies . there is a joker and a batman inside every one of us we choose who will go up who will go down 

Why do we do this to ourselves? 

none of us truly knows the answers and what will happens to us after this life, and we’ve all been put in the same boat. so we decide which way we go and which destination we end up in , however, and the choices we make along the way, define our character and existence. Our experiences and choices shape us, but many of us spend our lives blindly  chasing money and power  instead of searching deep within us , we're not aware of who we are. we're wandering in life meeting people having fun making mistakes then we regret we born in this nasty world and in fact if we ask ourselves seriously who made this world become like this so the answer not going to relief any one at all, the truth is always hurtful and bitter so we tend to escape, fooling ourselves that we would  be fine right after exit this world and free our lives from all the rubbish and shitty people , but that's not going to happen simply because we're the ones who make the world extremely awful and we're the ones who could make it pretty awesome ,it's all about our attitudes and manners . it's all about how we treat each other , how we respond it's about our reaction .

Buy the sofa, then for a couple years you're satisfied that no matter what goes wrong, at least you've got your sofa issue handled. Then the right set of dishes. Then the perfect bed. The drapes. The rug. Then you're trapped in your lovely nest, and the things you used to own, now they own you.” 

but maybe this advice from a dying 24-year-old will give you a wake up call. 

realize that we only have a short time on this planet. We may as well make the most of it, and love and live as authentically as we possibly can before our time is up. every moment is priceless
