My adrenaline rush, rafting is absolutely crazy!

Hallo Steemians!

Last weekend's holiday I tried to try an unusual sensation for me not even for me at all.

Starting from the stories of my friends, they say this is really exciting! This made me even more curious and they said I should try it. And do not forget my favorite camera must accompany me so that every moment is not missed without leaving anything.


Beginning to try white water rafting feels between curious, scared and happy to mix together. I think it's an activity that combines elements of adventure, education, sports, and recreation by navigating the swift and rocky river channel using a rubber boat, paddle, kayak and canoe.

In addition to testing the guts, this activity in my opinion is also at risk but the origin always follow the instructions given the guide, then all will be safe :). But in addition to guts, excellent physical condition is also strongly recommended to be kept in order to pass any obstacles that exist.

Whitewater rafting as a group sport, relying heavily on the team's overall cohesiveness. Integrated cooperation and deep understanding between boat crew, can be regarded as the main factor that supports the success through various obstacles in the river. After I tried, it can not be denied that Rafting is a risky sport. Nevertheless, everyone can do it, provided that he is in good condition, both in terms of technical understanding, cognitive field reading ability, and physical and mental health.


After I tried fearfully but gladly, basically rafting is a sport that demands skills. For that it takes time to develop. Progress towards achieving excellence is possible only when it comes to learning the properties of the river, and willing to train in that place.


Unless necessary to develop knowledge about the properties of the river, must also practice rowing, paddling in the river. The implications need to develop the physical ability, in order to always achieve the optimum conditions possible. Another thing to remember, is to practice ways to deal with emergencies in the river. It is important to train your readiness, ability and confidence, if you have to deal with it.
