I really don’t get how it can police steemit. I didn’t know I wasn’t allowed to use bits that were older than 3.5 days, which begs the question: why the fuck do they allow them? Basically @grumpycat is just stealing money from people. How can this be possible in a “decentralised” network?
It will not police steemit but it will fight against a bully. It may be a mistake but people will learn from it and find other methods to resist bullies.
