Message from the heart -
Everything feels better when the sun is shining.

Joy is like sunshine.

When you're feeling joyful everything looks and feels better.

So, find reasons to be joyful today,

But, get prepared for that rainy day when you're feeling blue.

Make a list of reasons why you're joyful and grateful.

Make a list of things you can do that make you feel joyful and grateful.

Then, when you have a moment of darkness, pull out those lists and rejoice.

Allow joy to bathe your heart in sunshine.
