I think the best thing to do would be to go to one of his posts. He has at the bottom of his posts a way to contact him and get engaged, or perhaps the better thing to do is just comment on a post of his and ask how to join the community. He has been delegated Steem by others above him helping him so he can delegate to others. He also has a discord channel @wwf. There is a discord channel: The Virtue Circle. He is not there right now but others from the Stewards are there as well as those in the Virtue Circle. Blessings.
