In the same way that we perceive the emotional security aspects of other people, they perceive ours, it is for this reason that today we have to do a self-evaluation, who am I?. Quiet there is always a helping hand!

Many people live a life in which they are very happy, but they fear to change it and they always hide behind a mask because of their fear of themselves and the opinion of other people.

But instead many others have been bombed since childhood. "You are useless", "you are stupid", "you will not achieve it", "you are not worth anything" "you are not equal to". we have rejection in different areas; At home, at school, at work, our partner rejects us, they reject us everywhere. We absorb these situations and the most unfortunate thing is that we believe them. In the midst of so much difficulty I always ask the question Who am I and who I want to be? We can have many answers.

In the society we live in, everything moves very fast, and we do not dedicate enough time to ourselves, but nevertheless, in order to answer our questions, we must stop for a moment to reflect and think about ourselves.

If we are positive we will find the answer in our interior, and requires a deep knowledge of ourselves and our virtues and defects, we must go through the paths of the mind, opening it wide open, so that the Light of inner beauty free complexes , feelings of guilt, fears, worries, traumas, problems, nervousness, depression, mistakes. When we learn to appreciate our value as people we will achieve expected achievements with respect to our emotional stability.

These recommendations are perhaps easy to say but difficult to apply, it is the first thing we think about, but there is no better remedy than wanting us such and, such is our ecencia.

In my personal experience I always think I am happy because I can, because I want to because I decided so ..!
