I have just been reading about a teenager in the Uk being treated for addiction to online gaming. I am not against gaming and kids having computers, but we all need time away for it all as well.

Same here in our country.. most children already into online gaming..more time social media..
parents as early as possible should discipline their child.. for their own good..
kids now are different maybe because of the influence of social media and environment change their behavior..
Here in our country.. is already school vacation but our nieces and nephews as early as their young age of 9.. we start training them by helping us at our business..to train them for their future and to avoid social media etc..
Our school holidays start soon too - I have not yet planned how to keep them busy, but it usually involved lots of cycling, walking and swimming; all healthy, outdoors and also free
Great !! Lot of physical activitues is better than social media or internet 👍👍👍
