"Because if you don't help yourself you cannot help others. So please: you take care of you for me and I will take care of me for you." Excatly. In airplanes, mother should first help themselves in order to be able to help their kids. Good reminder.
Very important @mira13 if you loose consciousness due to lack of oxygen in the plane, you cannot help anyone. and if you loose hope in life, energy in your day, or brainpower to focus on your projects there won't be much coming from you too :)
