Create movement

Sleep! Sleep well, sleep enough, sleep regularly! You can apply all these tips to concentrate better , if you don't get enough sleep, it will be of no use.

Like our body, our brain needs to recover. Although it never stops, during our sleep, it sorts, reinforces and memorizes certain information, forgets others, makes connections... Shortened sleep, diminished brain !
Go to bed at a regular time and respect your cycle.
