Warm Sea and Wonderful Landscapes Will Help to Continue the Summer :D

In my mind September is the best time to visit Turkey. It is not as hot as in summer anymore, but the weather is fine and Mediterranean Sea is still warm.

Among of the long list of Turkey attractions Simena village (or Kaleköy) located in Demre district of the Antalya Province on the Mediterranean coast takes a special place.

This village has united present and past,

old Byzantine castle and ...

ruins, ...

underwater streets and beautiful landscapes.

I reached Simena by water and being honest may tell that through the glass bottom of the ship it is not possible to see underwater streets clearly. To observe them aqualung is absolutely needed. At the same time perfect landscapes are available without any special equipment.

There are funny moments too. For instance I accidentally photographed a remarkable goat.

Up to now I cannot understand how it clung to the rocks.

And of course romantic ships did not leave indifferent anyone of present!
