Meaning of morning
The actual meaning of Morning is "More+inning" means one more inning given by God to play and win, that means we get up early in the morning and go forwalk. It is good for health. In the early morning the air is also fresh and it helps us for breathing which is good for heart patient. It keeps our mind and body fresh. So friend we should make a habit our self to get up early in the morning and go for walk in the river bank or any other forest or isolated place or free field . The nature is the best friend for our mind .
Morning sunbeam is the best medicine in our skin it give us vitamin "D". So friends let us try to do morning walk. One proverb says, "Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise." World's best music is our heartbeat , it is composed by god for us .
