Much was Has said about the classification Based on the relationship with technology and the world of work.

Some, it must be said, they will not feel part of one or or another, but a mixture. Others will be fully identified. Although the distinction is based on studies of universities and companies that measure access to technology and the world of work, it is very easy for sociologists and philosophers of Divan, To speculate with absolute definitions such as: "The millennials are capricious, they do not support the commitment"; "Centennials expose their privacy without limits." In addition, reports draw conclusions on aspects of couple's life ("the Millennials prefer to be alone", "they are not romantic", "prefer a mascot or a collection of likes on Facebook"), habits of consumption and free time.

A little playing, and a little not, with almost sci-fi terms, the useful think how humans adapt to our environment and their fast techno-modifications according to our age.

Baby Boomers (born between 1945 and 1964)

✓ Born post Second World War. The name of this generation refers to the "Baby boom" – a resurgence in the birth rate – of those years.
✓ Work as a way to be and to exist: stable, long-term, addictive, not necessarily what they love to do.
✓ They do not devote much time to leisure and recreational activity.
✓ The women of this generation are still entering the labor market. While the traditional family ideal persists, structures are beginning to break down.

Generation X (born between 1965 and 1981)

✓ According to a study by the University of Michigan, men and women X work a lot, but they achieve a balance, they are happy with their own lives.
✓ They are the ones who saw the birth of the Internet and the technological advances. They are marked by major social changes.
✓ As they are a generation in transition-they were called lost generation and even generation Peter Pan-they can make the relationship between technology and active social life harmoniously coexist: they have participation within the events of their community.
✓ They are more likely to be employed (they accept institutional hierarchy orders) and balance the energy between work, children and leisure time.
✓ They are the parents of the Millennials, they make adaptive efforts to the dizziness of the generation that follows.

Generation and or Millennials (born between 1982 and 1994)

✓ Very adapted to the technology. Virtual life is an extension of real life. Although they retain some privacy codes in relation to what they expose or not on the Internet (unlike Centennials, they share everything).
✓ Son multitasking.
✓ They do not leave their lives at work, they are not "workaholic" (they may have noticed that their parents did, and they do it differently).
✓ They are enterprising and creative, they try to live off what they love to do. They're idealists.
✓ Fans of entertainment technology: users of chat rooms in the ' 90 and now dating networks. They went through everything: SMS, CD player, MP3, MP4, DVD.
✓ They love to travel, to know the world, and to upload photos to the networks!
✓ According to studies, they last in their work an average of two years, unlike the generation X and the "Baby boomers" (more stable). That's why companies go crazy arming "loyalty" policies.

Generation Z or Centennials (born from 1995 to the present)

✓ They are truly "digital natives" (from their childhood use the Internet).
✓ Self-taught (learn by tutorials), creative (quickly incorporate new knowledge and relate well) and on Informed (high propensity to the consumption of information and entertainment).
✓ They visit networks that their parents do not: an example is Snapchat. Share content of their private life, aspire to be YouTubers. Its social life passes in a high percentage by the nets.
✓ NadA of technology is alien to them.
✓ They spend a lot of their time "in front of screens". Recent studies ensure that they are exposed to an average of four times as much time as recommended to devices.
✓ Its success is measured in "shared" and "likes".
✓ According to a study conducted by The Futures Company, they are more pragmatic than the Millennials, they seek to innovate with "what is there".
✓ They did not access the working life yet, but it is observed that they are concerned to find a vocation according to their tastes, to know themselves and to accept the differences, in an increasingly globalized world.
