Know more about depression in men
Once depression was known as a woman's disease, while in America, more than a million men die every year. Unfortunately, the notion that depression is a feline disease can make men less aware of the symptoms and do not seek to cure it.
Symptoms of depression in men are similar to those of depression in women, but men show these symptoms in a different way. The most common symptoms of depression are the lack of interest or loss of interest in the most enjoyable activities, the high fatigue, changes in appetite, sleep disturbances and indifference and surrounding issues.
Depression in women is more likely to cause discomfort and depression. On the other hand, depression in men causes the patient to be isolated or irritable and shows violent behavior.
