I think a lot of the decision making process is influenced by one's belief system. To me, as an atheist, there's no moral questioning - I would have no wish to suffer more than I should. I strongly believe everyone should be free to make a choice on his own, a choice that is not dictated by religion or ethnicity or anything else (an utopian vision, I know). I'd more than happy to sign the right paper so if anything happens to me in the future the decision is already made.
