Stop the self-sabotage !
Do you know the phenomenon of knowing that you have to do something, but that there is something in you that is stopping you?
For example:
if you like to pass something.
You know you have to learn hard, but for some reason you don't.
Or you know that you have to give a presentation the next day and have to go to bed early and anyway you (again) sleep much too late.
Are you someone who always gets the same kind of setbacks and you have the idea that something invisible you thwarts? If so, then you most likely have to deal with self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is one of the most difficult things to recognize. It is an unconscious process that derives from limiting beliefs that have usually arisen in your childhood.
Limiting beliefs are deep within your subconscious mind.
So you often don't know that you have them.
The only thing that you usually notice are its consequences.
For example: you always come too late.
Or that you create conflicts.
And what do you think of negative self-criticism?
Or that you seek confirmation in things that others say or do?
And not just affirming the good in you!
You look for nails on low water, so you get confirmation that you are not good enough on the one hand or that they are not honest.
One of the most striking consequences of a limiting belief is that you do not achieve anything you like.
No matter what you do or try.
And because it is an unconscious process, you will naturally find logical explanations as to why it is happening again and again (or not).
Limiting beliefs are invisible and so strong, that it is almost a survival urge to get them confirmed.
And there you have no conscious control over!
Limiting beliefs can be deeply entrenched and fully control your life.
For example: they express themselves as thoughts on the lines of:
- I'm not good enough
- Mistakes and failures are bad
- Changing is difficult
- I do nothing right
- I never get what I want
- I'm not important
- People don't listen to me
And that list can be many more times longer. Without you being aware of this.
Often these beliefs arise from fears, uncertainties and patterns in your earliest childhood (between one and five years). Sometimes they emerge later. The fact is that they have ever helped you to understand life, but now that you are adults they limit you and they can become your own worst enemy.
Your choice
Fortunately, there are ways to become aware of that self-sabotage, so that you no longer get in the way.
You have a choice!
Continue on the road that you have been following for years, or find and break through the patterns that have kept you from life that you actually want to lead for so long.
You decide in the end whether you want to discover new possibilities to improve your life
or that you want to stay victim of old beliefs?
Or do you finally want to get rid of those disappointments, and discover who is really hiding in you?
A beautiful person, full of self-confidence, who dares to live life in the certainty that you are worthy of it!
Someone who posts results.
Think about it: life is smiling and you are making new friends.
You feel seen and recognized by the people around you.
If you're tackling something you'll go all the way and reach what you want.
And if you make a mistake or something is not right the first time, you will only make it stronger.
And you are determined to do it again.
You think in future possibilities and you see those possibilities everywhere!
Soon you will notice that there is a powerful and favorable change in yourself. There are open doors that were closed before and you will see opportunities and opportunities that you have not seen before.
Turn off your inner sabotage mechanism, so you can suddenly achieve those coveted results that you have envisioned for so long!
That was really cool. Thank you for posting that !
You are welcome :)
