* Why Killing Lies Matters

Find a certain person, a thing, a place, a habit, something that you don’t need in your life to get better, and tell me if you can think of such an example to which you are willing to act on it today — even if it is very small. Instead of a general idea like “I won’t be angry”, pinpoint a few techniques which will help you (even just a part of a step at a time) not to get mad.

This also is not optional either to be careful or to choose the way you treat your continuation in those relationships. Determine that something can be done by you and you will do it. This is the way to gradually change your life — by taking small steps. Like a rabbit in a hat, the problem won’t come out again, and it won’t reappear once it dies.

You can’t grow if you keep the same things that slow down your effect in life should be sacrificed. To go to the next level of consciousness, while your realization of that which is not good is getting lesser and lesser, is the way. It may not correct itself right away, but you will manage to bring it down bit by bit.

* Cherish the Moment

One of the most significant and universal experiences for every human being is coming to terms with their own mortality. It is a profound realization that requires the shaping and restructuring of one’s psychological and emotional framework. For some, it takes a lifetime to fully understand this inevitable truth; for others, it may require a heart attack or the discovery of a malignant lump to serve as a shocking reminder.

The sands of time are slipping away, each moment passing by in a blur. As a mortal being, there is no room for frustration, depression, anxiety, anger or any other negative emotions. Life is too precious to waste on such things.

You must embrace and cherish every single moment, for life does not wait for anyone. If only we were immortal, perhaps we could indulge in a century of sorrow and misery before finding joy on the 500th anniversary. But alas, that is not our reality. We are limited by time and it is ticking away.

I always remind people to take a break from their daily tasks and connect with nature. Spend at least an hour each day with your fingers in the earth, grounding yourself and reminding your body of its mortality. This simple act will cultivate a deep physical awareness within you, reminding you to make the most out of every precious moment of this fleeting life.

*Good and bad do not exist in the world

There are those who say that the outer and inner worlds should never intersect, lest we become corrupted by everything around us. But this is not true. We only become corrupted when we hold onto opinions and judgments about everything we encounter.

To truly be within, we must see everything just as it is. If we see something other than what exists in reality, it means we are tainting the world with our own beliefs and preconceived notions. The act of labeling things as good or bad, attaching ourselves to what we believe to be good, and avoiding what we consider bad will only rule us from within.

This is not the way to live. Creation is meant to be seen as it is, not molded into something that fits our personal desires. It is a grave mistake that humanity makes by trying to shape the Creator’s masterpiece into our own image.

This magnificent creation exists for us to absorb, nothing more. And even that is not a simple task because it is filled with countless layers and dimensions happening simultaneously in one space and time.

Everything that has happened in the past and will happen in the future exists right here, in this moment. To see everything as it truly is, to contain the entirety of creation within ourselves, is to become one with its very source. This is how we should strive to be, both inside and out.
