After 9/11 - The Biggest Terrorist Attacks Of The 21st Century
Disclaimer : The names used for the characters in the below article Jessy and Sarah are purely fictional and for the characterization, No identification with actual persons (living or deceased), places, buildings, and products is intended or should be inferred.
As I read the article by Vox.com (https://www.vox.com/world/2017/9/11/16288824/al-qaeda-isis-911) 16 years after the horrendous incident that rocked the world and marked 9/11 in red ink in all our hearts. I looked at Jessy she couldn't stop the memories of her melancholy dreams from pushing out a drop of tear watching a news reel that took us back by 16 years. Jessy and I both lost our spouses in the attack. Life is never easy. I still go to sleep with the memories of those at the attack site, the fear in their faces still send a chill down my spine, but I hide all my emotions and smile to keep Jessy happy. We met each other at a "post 9/11 support group". Our life can newsreel into two: life before the attack and life after. Today my heart is with the estimated 3,051 children who lost a parent to the 9/11 attacks. America has and will always rise up like a phoenix from ashes and fight back, America never forgets.

"We should walk the readers through the current state," Jessy said. As I was jotting down notes for my article.
16 years later where are we, is the world a safe home.
Below is an account of some inhuman, spine-chilling terrorist attacks around the world that leaves us questioning humanity.
Besan School Hostage Crisis:
A group of Masked men and women (32 Chechnyan separatists),
wearing bomb belts held hostage 1,300 children and adults at Besan’s School on September 1, 2004. They demanded that Russia withdraw its forces from Chechnya. It's been more than a decade but still, a question remains in the minds of the survivors and relatives. Did the Russian government fail to handle the hostage crisis better? 20 adult hostages were shot. After two days, a Russian special envoy stormed the building. In the scuffle, over 300 hostages died. The Russian court in its ruling, mocked upon the authorities for clearly mishandling the situation even though they had sufficient specific information that an attack was being planned in that area. The Russian government said the ruling was "utterly unacceptable". They owe it to the innocent children who lost their lives during the attack.
London Bombings:
7th July attacks, a coordinated suicide bomb attacks on the London transit system on the morning of July 7, 2005. Three bombs simultaneous exploded across London: explosions struck trains at Russell Square (killing 26 and injuring more than 340), Aldgate (killing 7 and injuring more than 170), and Edgware Road (killing 6 and injuring more than 160). The fourth bomb exploded on a crowded bus at Tavistock Square (killing 13 and injuring more than 100).
Prime Minister Tony Blair declared, “There is no hope in terrorism nor any future in it worth living. And it is hope that is the alternative to this hatred.”
26/11 in Mumbai:
An attack that traumatized a nation of 1 billion. It was the 26th of November 2008. Terror came into the Indian soil crossing oceans. Ten young men designed to kill entered the financial capital. To kill whoever they see as their mission. In a three-day barrage that targetted several high-profile locations in Mumbai, including the landmark Taj Hotel at the Gateway, the Oberoi Trident at Nariman Point, Leopold Café, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, They barbarically killed up to 166 people and left 300 injured. 9th year into the attack only 102 families compensated were given the compensation says a report by countries leading news channel (http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/26-11-mumbai-terror-attack-compensation/1/819131.html).
Reading throw a few documentation of these attacks has put my mind on freeze, can't write any further.
No liberation is above a mother's cry over her daughter's corpse. I'm scared of the world to which our children are raised into said Sarah a mother of 2 said, after reading this piece. Let's work toward a better home, if every home is safe the neighborhood will be safe if every neighborhood is safe the state is safe if every state is safe the country is safe and if every country is safe then our children's are safe.
This is my first post, open to both positive and negative criticism. :)
