It's a matter of perspective though. Let me try to break it down.
Good - For anyone to discover SELF, and perhaps sharpen one's view of purpose being alone is great.
Bad - When it's taken too far, one can start to lose his touch with the ​reality of one's surroundings through interaction with others.
