"Bird of Prey" acrylic on canvas painting
The peregrine falcon is a fierce predator that can seize its prey mid-air! A fast flyer with nimble aerial maneuvers, it is an effective killer. Both beautiful and deadly, this is one of my favorite birds. They know how to put on a great show! I am going to harness the power of this raptor today...May it give me strength in the coming weeks, as I face the fact that my natural birth dream has turned into a intervention-laden procedure that stretches my comfort zone.
What challenges are you facing? I wish you all the strength, grace and maneuverability of the peregrine, to face your hurdles <3

That's a beautiful painting! These "raptor" type birds are really magnificent creatures. When I was little, I'd sometimes see them hunting, around my uncle's farm... wow!
