Four practical ways to reach the power of your subconscious mind
You are often "aware that you have another copy of yourself - your depths, which is called the subconscious mind. You must have encountered his nature during dreams or when you heard the "instinct of courage." You may not really realize the possibilities of this part of you - the ability to reach your subconscious mind can tell you another version of you is wiser than you can imagine!
Free writing:
This method will allow you to benefit from the thoughts and feelings of your subconscious mind. For a larger benefit, try writing in the morning "once you wake up. Then you will be more able to take advantage of the remnants of your dream experiences. Write as fast as you can, without pausing to consciously think about what you want to write. Do not pay attention "to rules of grammar and dictation, or any of the usual things that you are aware of when you write. Just write what's in your head on the paper. The results may surprise you. Try it for a week - Many people have found this technique to be an indispensable tool to stay fully informed and able to reach the deepest parts of themselves.
Learn to meditate:
Among all the ways to reach the power of your subconscious mind, meditation is the most immediate and effective instantaneous. Learning to meditate is not difficult and studies have shown that 20 minutes of daily meditation "can be very useful" for your mental and physical health.
Meditation transforms and deepens brain patterns from the unorganized and regular patterns of beta to alpha waves, delta and theta with deep reflection. In this case your conscious mind is in greater contact with your subconscious mind. You will find that your thinking has become more creative and less limited because of the normal limitations of your logical mind. The more you follow meditation exercises you will soon be "able" to reach the power of your subconscious mind when you want.
Ask for advice:
There are many differences about this process, but they all "revolve around a key idea that involves a fictional conversation between your mind and your subconscious mind. You will find that this exercise becomes more effective when you are more knowledgeable and efficient with your favorite techniques of meditation. Before going to bed at night, imagine you're sitting at a counselor's table. You can invite as many people as you want to sit with you and whatever you want. You may initially want to invite someone else only _ "your wise person" or counselor. It is important to imagine your being as wise as you can. You may choose to "invite" one of your deceased ancestors, a famous figure, someone you like or just an object of your imagination. Be aware that this person is the wisdom behind your imagination and holds all the answers to your questions. Sit in peace with your wise mentor and when you are ready, "ask them to answer questions that bother you. Sometimes the answer is "totally unexpected" and may surprise you very much. Listen hard whenever it happens as if your subconscious mind is trying to tell you something "important".
If you follow these exercises regularly you will soon find that "your wise advisor will be in your mind's eye more and more and will be talking to him / her easier and easier. When that happens you have gained a path "to your subconscious and truly" brought wisdom out of you.
Develop your creativity:
The subconscious often "prefer to speak through non-literal and artistic language: while our conscious mind likes the logical and concrete language. Enable your subconscious mind to communicate with him by giving him the language to do so - painting, writing, playing, drawing ... no matter the language of your choice and you do not need to be gifted "by instinct. As long as you express yourself technically, you allow your subconscious mind to evolve.
Thank you for great advice and definitely something I’m interested in, followed!
One thing that was a bit confusing for me is that you use quotation (“”) a lot when it’s not actually a quote. Sometimes people also use them to say that this is a common word or phrase that they personally wouldn’t prefer.
It seem like what you're trying to do is highlight some important parts and I think that’s a great idea. I should probably do that more myself! But I would choose to make these parts italic or even bold if I really want it to stand out. Just my personal opinion on a small thing so do what you want with it, I liked the content! ~ Peace!
nice post ! very informative and inspirational, thanks.
