---- Simple Recipes - Leb Bread Pizzas ----

Ok here is a simple meal that can be made pretty quickly and doesn’t require too much effort to get going. Leb bread pizzas are a great meal and you can also buy the leb bread in bulk and freeze it so you always have this up your sleeve for when you need it.

Now I have just grabbed whatever I have in the fridge as my toppings here, but you could go a bit more all out if you wanted a more gourmet feel, at the same time I have been known t just throw on the night before leftovers and make a ‘leftovers pizza’ that rocked the kazbar !!!! LOL.

I have used tomato paste and oregano, but I have used tomato sauce/ketchup or tomato soup in the past, anything can work if you need it to 😉

Throw your toppings on and then grate some cheese over the top of it all, the secret is not to overdo the cheese, just enough to hold it all together or it gets real messy real quick, lol.

With the oven preheated at 200c throw the leb bread pizzas in for about 10-20 min depending on how well you like the cheese to be toasted and PRESTO !!!! dinner is ready.
