Today I am grateful for my life.
I am grateful for my health and wellness.
I am grateful for mother earth and father sun.
I am grateful for the food on my plate, the coffee in my cup and the blood that flows through my veins.
I am grateful for my family, and for the people of this land.
I am grateful for my past and my present.
I am grateful for my future.
I am grateful for the creatures of this planet.
I am grateful for the grass.
I am grateful for the stones and the water.
I am grateful for the plastic, the metals and the shiny shiny gold light .
I am grateful for my ability to move, to be, to create.
I am grateful for my privileges, given to me on birth.
I am grateful for the breath in my lungs.
I am grateful for my hands.
I am grateful for my feet.
I am grateful for the bones in my body and the muscles that move them around.
I am grateful for everything that earth is.
I am grateful for this.
