San Francisco Apartment Hotel Architecture is one of the latest Renzo Piano Design projects. The complex is a 36-story building with 69 residential units, 255 rooms and a green roof. This is the second pioneering Renzo piano project in California, designed by the Academy of Sciences of San Francisco. Existing renders represent a single glass building that has a slight retreat on the 21st floor to create a suitable space for a residential area terrace.

Within the hotel's lobby area, there is a three-storey atrium designed with pencil pillars designed to welcome guests. In the future, this range includes the design of public and grocery stores.
