The new collection of the Copenhagen Center is a collaboration between the BIG Architecture Group and the Dorte Mandrup architecture company, a collection of three commercial, residential and hotel applications. The new Beyrech Engels is a compilation of IKEA stores, affordable hotels and residential buildings that are presented with a sustainable and green architecture concept. The aforementioned complex, which is located next to one of the main quarters of Copenhagen, will be opened in 2019. The most important advantage of designing such a project is the close proximity to the railway lines and passing through the core of the city, at the end of the project site there are two large towers at the end. The IKEA store and the hotel are designed by Dorte mandrup and the twin towers of the BIG architectural group.

The street IKEA store has no public parking. Because when customers purchase small goods, they will have to travel by bike to prevent traffic and, as a whole, align themselves with the characteristics of the collection (a sustainable structure). One part of the site is the Economic Hotel Project with 1250 rooms, which can be converted into the largest hotel in the area, if possible. The bottom of the complex is the Twin Residential Complex, the newest Beig Architectural Design project. The core of the Tower Concept is based on a 6-hole pattern, featuring 500 apartments for young people, the first ever residential economy in the capital of Denmark since Oreststah.
