Simple "must do" to lose weight in a healthy way.

 I think that losing weight isn't something people should take for granted. You have only one body so you should cherish it and take really good care of it. And extreme diets are a no go because they are too damaging. Here are some tips how to keep it healthy and efficient.   

 1. Don't cut out the sweets.
 This is an extremely controversial thing when it comes to dieting. Almost everyone will tell you to cut out sweets but this is actually even worse. If you cut sweets out completely you WILL start to crave them and this will lead to binge eating.   So what can you do about it? Instead of eating lots of sweets all the time just eat less. Try to eat healthy sweets (for example dark chocolate, homemade marmalade,...) and don't over do it. What I like to do for example is to eat just one chocolate bar trough the whole day. This way I will eat something sweet when I crave it and I won't over do it.   

 2. Eat soup before lunch.
 This is beneficial and healthy because your body needs liquid (water) to digest food. And by eating soup you will get that liquid, you will get a lot of vitamins and you will feel fuller. So you won't be eating a massive amount of food after.   

 3. Eat smaller and simple portions.
 Putting too much on a plate is never a good idea even if the food is healthy. It's easier for your body to digest smaller portions with simple food on it. The more natural it is the better. It shouldn't be more than 5 different things on a plate. For smaller portions it's best to use smaller plates. This way you won't put too much on it.   

 4. Eat slowly.   
 This is so important for many reasons. First of all if you chew food well it will be easier for your body to digest. Also you won't be able gulp food. It's proven that if you eat fast you can eat more food so you eat too much easily. If by the end of your meal you feel tension in your belly like "you are going to explode" you ate too much.   

 5. Don't eat fast food, eat out often.
 I know that sometimes is hard to make a proper meal because of lack of time. But trust me your body will thank you. Maybe a good option is to prepare more food when you have time and then eat it when you are busy. And if you decide to eat in a restaurant order the healthiest option that you have.   

 6. Exercise even if you don’t like it.
 Find something that you like or just go for 1 hour long walk every day. Exercise speeds up your digestion, burns calories and makes you feel happier. If one day you don’t feel like exercising it’s fine, you don’t have to force it. Just try not to skip exercise too much.   
 
 7. Avoid dairy products (if they are not natural).

 Dairy products are full of fats that help you gain weight fast. This depends on your metabolism but most people gain weight if they eat a lot of dairy. And those products are also full of chemicals so at least eat products from local bio farms. One option is to go vegetarian for similar reasons. However this is a personal choice.
