This is America - Meme Analysis

You know, music videos that go viral have really dropped in quality over the years. We look back on Gangnam Style, Thrift Shop, Harmlem Shake videos, etc, and we can genuinely say "those were fun times". Well now that has passed, and the most of the viral shit today is nothing but political garbage. Just look at eminem and his career suicide after literally saying "fuck you" to the vast majority of his fans for being Trump supporters.

So what's the newest garbage that the media is making a big deal out of? That would be non other than Childish Gambino's "This is America".

Now before we get into the dank-ass memes being made from this there are two things I want to cover.

See the main message of the music video is to say that media distracts us from the problems in the world. What are those "problems"? They are nothing more than the SJW complaints we here everyday that are based off of feelings rather than facts, specifically about how there are racial problems in the US. Now I am not making this post to argue whether or not this is true, but to rather point out the irony with the music video's statement.

The media is mostly controlled by the same SJW leftists that worship this video. All you hear from the media is the same thing that the music video says we are being distracted from. To put it simply, the SJW music video is saying the SJW media is distracting people from the SJW agenda. I swear I can feel the tumors growing in my head just trying to make sense out of this conflicting message.

So you might be asking "Meme-Nexus, I don't really care about how dumb the message is, I already expected this out of the retarded media and all these lefty assholes. So why are you going on about this?" Well chill the fuck out i'll tell you. You see... this video isn't just leftist propaganda, this video is anti-meme propaganda.
