Yawning open mouth and deep breath is "unproductive" and sometimes tensile in the hands and chest, which is visible almost from pre birth and more precisely in the fetus and in eleven weeks. Usually yawning is a sign of sleep. This phenomenon is seen in humans and some animals. Studies show that this is contagious. When yawning, many organs of the body are tracked. First the mouth opens and then the jaw is closed. When it's yawning, the maximum amount of air enters our mouth. When breathing, the air enters the mouth to fill all our lungs, and the abdominal muscles contract and the shutter closes.

Scientists' theories of yawning are as follows
➢ Yawning is caused by a lack of oxygen in the blood.
➢ Yawning is a way to show fatigue in the person
➢ Yawning causes the lungs to stretch and prepare. The lungs sometimes require a little elongation. This is a good reason to point out why the muscles of the body are pulled in the yawn. So yawning the body prepares for the hard work of the day ahead. However, none of these theories also explain why we humans yawn.

You may have too much yawning in the following situations:
➢ Sleepiness and fatigue
➢ Sleepiness during the day like a sleep attack
➢ Sleep disorders such as sleep apnea (when stopping breathing for a short while during sleep)
➢ Side effects of drugs used to treat depression and anxiety
A lot of yawning may indicate that there are some problems in one's health

Although physicians believe it's a bit of a relaxation to the brain to yawning, it enters a lot of oxygen to the body and cooling the body, but if the number of these gags is more than usual indicates some health problems. One of the mechanisms of yawning is to cool the brain and reduce the amount of tiredness that is associated with environmental pressures, but excess yawning indicates that excessive normal pressure is entering the brain and should be taken seriously. For example, people with MS or epilepsy tend to get yawning more often than others, and this is especially true before the onset of attacks in the aforementioned illnesses.
