You have copy/pasted an image off the internet using an "artistic" tag, thus implicitly claiming to be the original creator.
Copy/pasting content without consent of the original creator is potentially illegal. Moreover, posting it on Steemit with the intention to make money of it is highly unethical.
Plagiarism is the copying & pasting of others work without giving credit to the original author or artist. (quote from steemcleaners)
Repeated copy/pasting, plagiarism or tag abuse is considered spam. Spam is discouraged by the community and may result in action from steemcleaners or other users. (based on a quote from steemcleaners)
On Steemit, you get paid for creating valuable original content, i.e. your own work, not for copying the existing work of others. This is the very essence of what keeps the Steemit economy strong and keeps the Steem currencies from devaluation by inflation. By posting copy/pasted content, you are contributing to the destruction of the very basis of the Steemit economy.
- I have reported you to steemcleaners.
- You have already posted copy/pasted content in the recent past: (1).
- If you continue to post copy/pasted content, I will report you to steemcleaners again, I will flag you, and expose your behavior to other users.
If you feel like this warning is in error, please respond with proof that you are the original creator of this content or an explanation as to why your post represents a significant contribution of your own original content over the original work and proof that you are allowed to use the original work.
Megalosaurus original content rule violations: [C C-I P S O]
I have changed the image and content please could you check.
While it is laudable that you have removed the illicit content, it is considered very bad practice to completely replace the content of a Steemit post with a completely different content.
Your former content was a piece of art representing a “motivational quote”, now your content is a photo of a family member.
It is considered very bad practice because you have already received upvotes for the original content. Your upvoters may not agree with your current content, and they have no idea that they are now upvoting a completely different content.
I have therefore asked you to remove the content in question, not to replace it.
Also please note that now your tags do not match the content:
steemit
: A tag for posts about the Steemit website itself. Posts can include suggestions on how to use the website, improvements, or discussion about Steemit Inc.art
: This tag is meant for posts showcasing original traditional and digital visual art or otherwise artistic expression.Applying the wrong tags to a post is called tag abuse, or if applied deliberately, tag spam, and is frowned upon by the community and may result in action from steemcleaners or other users.
Please, try again. Remove this post’s content. At the very least, edit the tags to match the content.
After removing this post’s content, you are then of course free to create a new post with the current content instead. (For you, this also has the advantage that the new content will become more visible for other interested people!)
