Haha, it is definitely both the answer and the causer!
Did you do the Muay Thai yourself? I did it for a while. I was both horrified by it and overjoyed by it. My cousin is now a bloody champion at it. It makes for an interesting family gathering. Especially when the beer is flowing!

No, I never got into Muay Thai except watching it on the TV. But I did do taekwondo for 3 years and got quite good at kicking the shit out of blocks of wood 😆
Wish I could go back to it but a back injury had left my hamstrings tight so the hurdle stretching you need to do to condition three legs is impossible.
I'll just stick to the one inch punch!
