The Cassowary- “The Ostrich from Hell!”
Dinosaurs are extinct, right? I thought so, too! Well, in Australia lives what is known as The Australian Velociraptor. It is actually a flightless bird called A Cassowary.
It’s not only the most dangerous bird in the world it’s one of the most dangerous animals in Australia – and that’s saying something! It would seriously mess you up and maybe even kill you!
Tha Cassowary has razor-sharp claws and can reach heights of up to 7 ft. They are crazy dangerous! There are recorded incidents of natives being seriously injured or killer by these really Angry Birds!
Until today, I had no idea they existed. My son loves the idea of a, “modern day dinosaur.” Australia has some truly unique and gnarly animals in the world!!
That foot straight looks like a raptor claw.
Straight up I am not going to argue with that beast, very colourful but it looks like it would eat me for breakfast!
