ENJOYING THE TROPICAL PHILIPPINES

While the other side of the world is still waiting of the full swing of their spring time, some even complaining of still on the winter snow, we on the other side is experiencing the Sun shines of Summer. ☀️☀️☀️

It's 4:20a.m.! My daughter and I have to scamper out of bed because we need to prepare for our island hopping trip with my workmates. We cooked hotdogs, boiled eggs and bananas for our breakfast. We prepare marinated pork belly and chicken feet for lunch.

Then off we go to Cordova Parola Port Cordova, Cebu. Where we rode the "bangka" and off to the three island destination of the hopping.

We went first to 🏝 GILUTONGAN Island where you get to enjoy a low tide beach safe for kids. We had 5 kids together with us on the trip.

Then followed to 🏝 CAOHAGAN Island to where you can buy fresh seafoods but unfortunately with expensive pricing. The island also offers kayak rentals.

And enjoy kayaking on their sandbar while all the visiting boats gather around it.

We then visited the last island called 🏝 Sulpa where we stayed the longest time because it was already high tide and the spot we stayed on was very good for diving.

And of course took some good shots of the surroundings. Making poses for the cameras to seal the memories we created for this years island hopping.

After the very tiring yet super fun filled island hopping we went home over rough seas 🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊 because the northeast winds started creeping in. It was a very wavy trip but nonetheless a safe trip home! 'Til next year!!!

TRIVIA :

• on renting the bangka you need to contact someone who is an accredited agency like Everyday Summer Island Hopping and Tours. You can visit their fb page for pictures and other tour packages.

• the rental rates depends on the number of persons who will ride. The one that we had was good for 35persons for 6,000.00.

• you can rent a bangka with arranged lunch already and/or with videoke system

• if you opt to prepare your own food, you can do the grilling on board and the friendly crew is more than willing to help you on it.

• the bangka already has its toilet for personal necessities and clothes changing purposes.

• additional needs during your travel can be requested depends on the nature of the stuff you need.

• you can visit 3-4 islands in one day between 8am to 4pm though there are other islands where you will be charged additional fee due to the distance but definitely a worth to visit island/s
