Would you support @blocktrade's suggestion of a return to 50/50 author/curators payout?

    I don't think it actually solves the problem for minnows. I'm not sure it actually changes the payout scheme for minnows. I mostly want a front facing option for an author so they can set what their curation payout is on every post. Let the market decide.
