CIA interfered in 2012 French elections
so...
being an EXCEPTIONAL nation means you can interfere in whatever you want
BUT if anybody does the same to you.... which BTW, never happened (find evidence - rebut me)
It is the most unforgivable discretion EVER!! And we immediately need to sanction or bomb them ??
