What is the cause of tourettes syndrome?

Tourrettes syndrome  what is it? this is a condition where one can not control their tongues and not in the sense of being rude but as this type of neurological disorder which causes one to say things the not supposed to. This unwanted repetitive sounds and moments could be very frustrating to the one suffering from this syndrome. It usually starts when one is a child and there few treatments including therapy and medication. People with this experience uncontrolled behavior which include swearing, anxiety, movement of muscles sometimes twitching, stuttering and coughing is common.
