(the old saying is always relevant “ For things to change, I must change first”)

wife: "I am hiring a new coach to improve my game in golf starting this week." husband: "How much do you believe in yourself during the process of coaching?" wife: "Well, let's try and see how good he is."

husband: "Hmm... perhaps, that is why you keep getting new coach." How much are you willing to invest yourself into the process of getting what you want? Are you playing your 100%?

How much trust you invest in yourself determines the quality of results you will receive.
