There is no angel of destruction more powerful than our own greed. First we must contain our greed, or our greed will contain us. The war we see are a direct result of pure greed playing out in the lives of others, while those who are winning as sitting safe out of the way. It looks very much like we are heading for some sort of collapse this century, this sad outcome being only the start. The laws of Nature are absolute, with no laws of physics which can overcome them. Our arrogance has become hubris as we try to do what we know we can't, so now we have decided to fly too close to the Sun, we can only watch as the obvious consequences play out in real time. It did not have to be this way, but the greedy wanted this, and the rest of us sat back and let them do it..
