Spicy Samp, Boerewors and salad

Spicy Samp, Boerewors and salad
Sausages
Brown in a little oil , add onion, peppers and garlic
add spices , salt and pepper
Add tomatoes
Cook down the sauce .
Add water with beef gravy mix/cube. I used usavi mix.
Samp
Boil Samp till soft and set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic
Add some curry powder and a little tumeric
Add mixed veg and bell peppers.
Add Samp and a little water . Mix through until heated through and most of the water gone.
Salad - shop bought which I just dressed with olive oil
