So, where should I start? Hm...
You have probably noticed, that me and my wife @tinabrezpike, didn't post anything for last couple of days. No it's not because update: HF20, but we had some health issues. It was so bad, that we had to spend my B-day in hospital ( F..K my B-day Health is what matters!!! ) Luckily, we had good medical staff, they took good care of my wife.
To make a long story short, she is home feeling better, with another medical therapy. We are waiting till next week to do some more tests, but the hardest part is over...

So the time will come when life will give you obstacles, it's just how you deal with it. Yes, we had some amazing plans for last week... Go to the sea, our dreams visiting Barcelona and as I see, amazing meets-up with @flamingirl.... But none of those thing matters, if we aren't healthy.

Yes, the first step was to change the eating habits! Because the active Morbus Crohn, we think, this is the whole reason the epi.at. has started.
I think, life just has given us a fer warning... Take more time for yourself (soul) and try, to make the best of every situation, no matter, how bad is it!
