To live well, beautiful means to be able to ensure your life and what you need without doing anything bad to the other. To live freely, with simplicity, with goodwill towards everything around you, with respect for oneself and others, to live in gratitude for what we have, to live peacefully with oneself and in harmony with others is, I think , the most useful for one's psyche and life.
