"My wisdom and love is the game"

This is the chorus of a well-known song of our childhood. Was it just a necessary stage in becoming each of us? Or is it a beneficial spiritual state that we sometimes deserve to come back to? Is not the state of childhood and the spiritual environment that we must acquire and maintain in ourselves?

Let's be kids

Passes fleeing in flight

And we miss ourselves

When you are a child, you look at reality directly but also innocently, with naivety, but without advancing claims. Another is the reality for an adult who either projects the hidden passions on her own psychism, or tries to obey her in order to serve her interests, wishes, selfish expectations.

From this fragment of the Gospel according to Matthew, we understand that the state of being a child is a divine gift that we have the duty to cultivate, a talent whose first characteristic is humility: "And calling to a babe a babe, put it in the midst and said, Verily I say unto you, Thou shalt not return, neither be thou as the infant, nor enter into the kingdom of heaven. So whoever will humble himself as this child, that is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives a babe like this in my name receives me "(Mt 18: 2-5).

For a child, the activity that represents it without rest is the game. We, the mature, the new, the parents, do not realize how important a child is for a child. We do not recognize formative value and we tend to bagate it, including it unconsciously in the category of ridiculous activities or hobbies, at best. Writing these lines, I remembered the lyrics of the metaphysician Blaga: "The child laughs:" My wisdom and love is the game "" (from "Three faces", poetry in the volume Poemele lumii).
