A leaf fell in your way

A leaf fell in your way
Wandering on the wind wing.
You saw it at the same moment
You crushed her by stepping over her.
She did not want to cry out after you,
No power to say how much it hurts
He was lost in the path,
Rain and winds have passed over it.
He stood on the ground and wondered
What if the wind would take it
And for a moment in your palm she would sit down
But he stayed there somewhere.

A leaf fell in your way
And who knows how many things to fall
But you will never know
And he will not give you a thought
That the first leaf that fell on your way
It was me.
