Rule number 1, never be number 2!!!

Oh yes!

This is not even psychologically healthy to think that you are not good enough to be number one.
This should be such an important lesson for women especially who really sometimes have an issues in terms of prioritizing everything and everybody before themselves. The situation can turn dramatically worst when women become a mum which in some very simply terms she forgets she is a human being with needs and dreams and turns in kind of robot where child, children husband, partner are in the center of her life and she wanders somewhere...I mean somewhere for a long time and later people are surprised that wife of the year of mum of the year had ENOUGH and is submitting papers for divorce because she does not even know any longer who she is...

Hmmm. I did this again I did drifted from the core of the topic... What I mean being number one?
It is very good and healthy habit to ensure you are looking after yourself first. Just to remind you it is not selfish in any way. It is just life. If you struggle with this concept, this mean more than less you are having problem and you need to fix it sooner than later. Actually you need to fix this here and now! Just to give you an example. When you get on the plane, they always tell you parents travelling with small children in the event of emergency they should put the oxygen mask first and later start attending children. You must be fine in order to look after others. When people finally understand this?

Why I am writing this? Because I used to be the worst case of it. Never used to be the number one being a number two was a pattern. Of course in conscious way I was thinking I was number one not number two; however my subconscious conditioning was obviously coded for something completely opposite and the results were following this in obvious way.

I will leave you with some food for thoughts, sometimes you loose everything, to see that you finally found yourself, which is everything.
Personally I think F. Scott Fizgerald was so spot on when he said ' Why do not tell me if the girl have been worth having, she should have waited for you? No sir, the girl really worth having want wait for anybody''. This is transparent conclusion that would be a bad taste trying to add to it...
Have a great day and please start mastering being number one, do not you dare to even think of yourself as number two from now on. You do not belong there. Simple :)
