Anger is Just One-step away from Danger:- Avoid it

First of all , people always ask me that motivation don't last always ,what can I do . I always use to say that bathing always don't last but still we do on the daily basis , so you have to keep your motivation always on. Now let's focus on the topic.

Just read it more than five times of the quoted sentence "Anger is just one step away from Danger". It's my promise that you will get remembered throughout your life and you look around whenever there is the situation of anger whether from your sides or the opposition sides.

There are many ways to overcome the problems of the angryness from your but i will share the practical solutions based on the experiences of the many anthropologist, including me as I have been graduated from the anthropology, Central University of allahabad, India.

Which types of person get angry mostly?

Obviously, any person, animal or insects etc which can get anger on their favourable conditions. But in humans being when they are matured enough they left out their angriness over the period through their experiences. But the young one have not control over it and they take many wrong steps.

The people which have higher blood pressure they feels angry very quickly so be careful from the people which have high BP and the vice versa.

What's should i do to control it if i am young one?

Once I have said in the beginning that read the sentence 5 times or do something that you will remember whenever you are getting angry and select any fingers in your hand and press it forcefully or just try to fist your fingers to divert your mind and focus on it until you will get in the normal condition.

Secondly, do meditation to control your mind on the daily basis.

Thirdly, or mature enough yourself so that you can clearly understand that there nothing in angryness.
