Would be good as a relaxation technique! I could image people asking me what relaxation technique do you use? I would reply "the Fuck method, I also practice variations within that method, for example, 'get fucked' technique for easing one's mind when dealing with horrible people, the 'fuck off' technique for situations as an example, when being told by an airline that the price of my plane flight is now $300 more than the agreed upon price of my original purchase, and my all time favorite technique 'fucking shitting me' for car salesmen who insist that the crap car he is trying to sell me is actually worth the window ticket price.
